I need to be a lot better about working on this blog. I’ve actually been writing a pretty consistent sci-fi series for the past few years, and the most recent installment is almost done. Disclaimer though: it’s basically fan fiction of Star Fox 64. It’s without a doubt the dorkiest thing I do. But here’s the link if you’re enticed. Think of it like that Where the Wild Things Are film that Spike Jonze did, except for a videogame you played in middle school instead of a book you read in kindergarten.

Do I Sound Bitter?
- Him: When you gonna be my man?
- Me: Maybe we'll try it when we live in the same city.
- Him: I don't see how you're still available to begin with.
- Me: Me neither. Apparently the guys I want don't want me back.
- Him: Well what kind of guys do you like
- Me: Ambitious, athletic, intelligent. Generally guys with their shit together that know where they're going in life.
- Him: You have all of those things, it shouldn't be hard to attract the same.
- Me: And yet here I am, still single. Maybe there's something wrong with my personality. Sorry, do I sound bitter? This sort of thing just happened in the past few days.
- Him: Not at all. You're adorable in your own quirky way. It attracted me.
- Me: What do you mean my own quirky way?
